The following Centennial Club Programs are an opportunity for club members to gather and support the club as well as each other. Typically each of the programs are held each year. The club is always welcome to thoughtful ideas from any of our members on how we can support our club, bring our members and families together and of course, spend more time on the ice. If you have any thoughts or would like to volunteer to support us in any way, feel free to contact any of our Club Board Members.

Awards Banquet

Centennial Skating Club holds an annual awards banquet to honor our club award winners over the last skating season and to gather our club members to have a little fun outside the rink.

The 2023 CSC Awards Banquet will be held on Monday, June 12 at The Summit Interquest from 6-9 pm.

Watch your email for information on how to RSVP.

There is no cost to attend our annual banquet for:
– Club members who are eligible for full benefits
– Guests of club members who have volunteered 90+ hours this season

Fundraisers

The Centennial Skating Club needs the help of its members to raise funds each year to help sustain the cost of running the club, and to provide training grants and other benefits to our skaters. Each year we do a variety of fundraisers, to include a Skate-A-Thon and Butter Braid sales. Information on current fundraisers will be posted here.

Skate-A-Thon

The 2023 Skate-A-Thon took place on April 16 at Monument Ice Rinks from 11:45 am – 12:45 pm.

This is an important fundraiser for our club as this allows us to keep our membership rates so low!

Also, remember that to be eligible for skater benefits such as training or competition reimbursements, you must participate in at least one Fundraiser. If you did not sell Butter-braids in the fall this fundraiser is your opportunity to meet the fundraiser requirement.

You may either sponsor a skater or you may get sponsorship and skate to get credit for membership fundraising. Skate with your club friends to see how many laps you can complete in 10 minutes.

King Soopers

Centennial Skating Club has also partnered with King Soopers through their Community Rewards Program, where donations are made to the Charity or Non-Profit of your choice through your King Soopers Shopper’s Card.

For assistance on how to set this up and track your contributions, see this King Soopers Community Rewards Guide.
