Our very own Lynn Stone was featured on the US Figure Skating Adult Committee Facebook page to share some words of wisdom.

We are honored to share the ice with Lynn and to call him a fellow club member.

Congratulations are also in order as Lynn has received his appointment as a USFS announcer!"For me, skating is all about Him. It's for His glory and His Honor."

Lynn feels humbled and privileged to have been skating for 23 years. He says, "I strive to acknowledge God in all I do on the ice and activities associated with skating, like announcing at competitions. I strive to always give my best and am always reaching for the next level. I strive to honor the commitment to always give back to the sport and others in the sport, because we are all here together." Both his daughter and granddaughter were skaters, each starting at the age of 4; his daughter was competitive. Lynn has overcome a severe hearing deficit in order to skate and is excited to have received his appointment as a USFS announcer.
